Francois Ajenstat
As vice president of product management, Francois is responsible for product strategy and product planning. He combines customer and partner feedback to set the strategic vision and leads the execution of new features and products. Prior to joining Tableau, Francois worked at Microsoft for 10 years in a number of different groups including SQL Server, Office, and Trustworthy Computing. Prior to joining Microsoft, Francois worked for Cognos Corporation (acquired by IBM) leading strategic alliances with key industry partners such as IBM, HP, and Microsoft.

Dan Kogan
Dan is the director of product marketing for technology partners at Tableau. Dan and his team focus on Tableau’s business and go-to-market strategy around the leading technologies in the analytics, cloud, and big data ecosystems. Dan is a long-time BI industry veteran, having held previous marketing leadership roles at Microsoft in the areas of business intelligence, data warehousing, and cloud computing.

Ashley Kramer
Ashley leads the cloud vision and strategy for Tableau. She is responsible for Tableau’s multi-faceted cloud strategy which includes Tableau Online, running Tableau Server on cloud platforms and connecting to cloud data. Ashley also manages Tableau’s cloud technology partnerships including AWS, Google, and Informatica. Prior to Tableau, Ashley was a Software Engineer for NASA and Oracle before transitioning into Product roles at Amazon and Tableau. Ashley holds a BS in Computer Science and an MSBA in Computer Information Systems.

Jeff Mehalek
Jeff Mehalek leads the Enterprise Sales efforts in Central US and Canada as well as the HealthCare business in US. Jeff has 22 years of Enterprise Sales and Sales Management experience, primarily in Finance and Supply Chain applications. Jeff joined Tableau in early 2016 from SAP where he led the cloud supply chain business for the retail sector. He has nine years of Public and Corporate accounting experience. In his last two years as Corporate Controller, Jeff consolidated financial and payroll operations and oversaw the implementation of a shared service operation for a Managed Care and TPA company in Chicagoland.
Sarah Lash
Sarah Lash is a Director of Sales at Tableau Software, where she focuses on growing and expanding the company’s east coast commercial business. In addition to her client-facing role, Sarah also plays an crucial role at the company’s DC office, where she helped launch and grow an expansive sales team. Prior to Tableau, Sarah worked at Cvent, where she was responsible for the sales development organization, focusing on onboarding new sales employees and developing strategic direction for the sales organization. She holds a BBA from The George Washington University.
